QR usage stats are limited and do not store raw IP addresses.

Holy Spirit QR Manager records basic scan analytics so church staff can understand whether QR codes are being used. The system is not a public advertising platform and does not sell data.

What is recorded

QR slug and scan time.
Destination URL at the time of scan.
Browser-provided referrer when available.
Device, browser, operating system, and preferred language from the browser user agent.
UTM campaign fields when they are present in the QR URL.
An anonymized visitor/session hash for approximate unique counts.

What is not recorded

Raw IP addresses are not stored.
No public visitor account is created.
No payment data is processed by this site.
No public comments, uploads, or user-generated content are accepted.

Cookies

The admin dashboard uses a secure session cookie after staff login. Public QR redirects do not require a login account.
